[KR] 본 서비스의 유료 결제는 글로벌 결제 대행 서비스인 Paddle을 통해 이루어집니다. Paddle은 당사의 공식 결제 처리 기관 (Merchant of Record)으로서 사용자의 결제 정보를 안전하게 처리합니다. 사용자가 유료 플랜을 구독할 경우, 기 결제된 월에 대한 환불은 불가하나, 다음 결제 주기 도래 이전에 언제든 해지하여 추가 결제를 방지할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 환불 정책을 참조하십시오.

[EN] All monetary transactions on this Service are handled by Paddle, acting as our official Merchant of Record. Paddle securely processes your payment information. If a user subscribes to a paid plan, refunds for the current billing cycle are strictly not permitted. However, users may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

[KR] 회사는 천재지변, 서버 장애, 결제 플랫폼(Paddle 등)의 문제, 또는 사용자의 귀책사유로 인해 서비스가 중단되거나 데이터가 유실된 경우에 대하여 민/형사상 법적 책임을 지지 않습니다. 사용자의 계정 보안 관리에 대한 책임은 전적으로 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.

[EN] The Company shall not be legally liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or damages resulting from force majeure, server outages, issues with payment gateways (e.g., Paddle), or user negligence. The responsibility for maintaining account security lies entirely with the user.

[KR] 본 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 회사의 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다. 단, 글로벌 결제 관련 사항의 경우에는 Paddle의 관할 규정이 적용될 수 있습니다.

[EN] These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of the Company's headquarters, except that issues explicitly related to payment processing may be governed by Paddle's jurisdictional terms.
